What He Saw

Prathap dedicated a year to the pursuit of the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) training and certification — regarded as the gold standard in transformational coaching, endorsed by Harvard Medical School, with 65,000 coaches trained across 120 countries. Subsequently, he accumulated over 500 coaching hours with more than 50 clients to attain his International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential — a designation held by fewer than 20% of coaches worldwide. Additionally, he is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, employs Lego Serious Play facilitation techniques, and possesses twelve years of leadership experience in high-stakes environments.
