A goal-setting sit-down with HR
HR, or whoever sponsors the engagement, sets the goals and outcomes the company wants from investing in its people.
The coaching alliance
Designed with the leader, around their own goals. Prathap works with both the company and the leader for a win-win, while holding the leader's agenda.
The sessions
75 minutes each: a full 60 minutes of coaching plus check-in and check-out. In person in Singapore or online.
The profiles
CliftonStrengths in both packages. The Values Navigator as well in the six-session package. Each is debriefed by Prathap. The profiles are the leader's to keep.

The Coach
Paul Prathap.
One coach, checkable.
Paul Prathap (Prathap Latchmanan) is the founder of Men-Kind and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), verifiable on the ICF register. He has 1,100+ coaching hours across 300+ clients, including 50+ senior executives.
He spent nineteen years in uniform, from the age of eighteen, seventeen of them as a regular. He commanded a military police battalion of 650 soldiers and 80 working dogs through more than 2,000 live operations.
He completed regular service as a Lieutenant Colonel in August 2026. He is a doctoral researcher in crisis leadership at Cranfield University: PhD in Defence and Security (in progress).

What HR asks
before recommending a coach.
Is GST included?
No GST applies. Men-Kind is not GST-registered, so the price shown is the price paid: SGD 1,500 per leader for three sessions, or SGD 3,000 per leader for six.
Can you invoice the company for two or more leaders?
Yes. You get one company invoice for any number of leaders, at the full price for each leader. There is no volume reduction.
Does each leader speak to the coach first?
Yes. Each leader has a free 30-minute Clarity Call first, so the leader chooses the coaching.
What do we hear back?
Progress against the agreed outcomes, in a three-way conversation with the leader and Prathap. Six sessions add a mid-point check-in. Both packages close with a review. You get no written report and never hear what is said in the room.
What if a leader stops part-way?
Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused sessions stay available to the same leader within that time.
Do you coach newly promoted team leads?
Yes. Sponsored coaching is for the leaders a company names, from newly promoted team leads to senior executives.
Will you complete vendor forms or sign an NDA?
Yes. Company invoicing is handled, vendor forms are completed, and an NDA is signed on request.
How is this different from a leadership programme?
Sponsored coaching is one-to-one work with named individuals at the published price. A programme is designed for the organisation, with cohorts, group sessions and organisation-level reporting. A programme is quoted by written proposal. See Leadership Development.
How do we start and how fast do we get a quote?
