Career Transition Coaching in Singapore
Navigate change.
Land with clarity.
Structured coaching for professionals navigating major career transitions, whether you're pivoting industries, stepping out of corporate, or moving from military service to civilian leadership.
What This Is
More than a CV review.
A complete reorientation.
Career transition coaching goes deeper than updating your LinkedIn. It starts with identity, who you are, what you value, and what kind of work actually energises you, then builds outward to strategy, positioning, and execution.
Prathap brings ICF PCC-level coaching, Co-Active methodology, and real experience navigating major transitions, from military command to executive coach. He knows what it means to rebuild from the inside out.
What You'll Leave With
- Clarity on what you actually want, not just what looks good on paper
- A personal narrative that owns your transition rather than apologises for it
- Confidence in interviews, negotiations, and new environments
- A values-aligned direction, not just a job title
- Strategies for leveraging transferable strengths across industries

“I had never seriously considered coaching and even held some stigmas around it. My sessions with Prathap gave me a completely new perspective — his advice was genuinely practical, and his depth of understanding was refreshing. What Prathap has done with Men-Kind is brilliant. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone, even those who think coaching is 'not for them'.”

How much does career transition coaching cost in Singapore?
SGD 1,800 for the full six-session programme with CliftonStrengths and Values Navigator profiles included, valid for 12 months. It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call, so you can test the fit before spending anything.
How is the programme structured?
Six sessions in three phases. Orientation: what has worked, what has not, and what matters to you now. Positioning: your narrative, your targets, your strategy. Execution: outreach, interviews, and negotiation. One clear direction by the end.
Do I need to know what I want next before starting?
No. Not knowing is the normal starting point. The first sessions exist to get you clear before you commit to a direction, not after. Arriving with a blank page is fine.
Who is career transition coaching for?
Senior executives pivoting industries, veterans entering civilian careers, leaders stepping out of corporate to build what is next, and professionals returning after a gap. If the move is significant, the work fits.
Can I do the programme while still employed?
Yes, and most clients do. Sessions are scheduled around your work, and everything is confidential under ICF ethical standards. Leaving well is part of the strategy, not a risk to it.
