It depends on the format and its complexity, from a half-day session to multi-day formats. Send a brief through the proposal form. Within two working days, you'll have either my questions or a written quote. The quote includes the fee.
Will senior executives take LEGO® Serious Play™ seriously?
Yes. Within minutes, executives stop thinking of it as LEGO. Everyone builds, everyone explains, and the loudest voice stops owning the room. Prathap has run it with executive teams at Unilever and MINDEF. You leave with a decision or a charter.

What does the fee include?
Materials, a design call beforehand and a written debrief afterwards. For example LEGO® bricks, CliftonStrengths codes and cards, or printed materials, as fits the format. Venue and catering are excluded: your own, or quoted separately when Men-Kind sources the venue.
Does Men-Kind run LEGO® Serious Play™ certification?
No. Men-Kind facilitates workshops for your team. People who want to facilitate the method themselves train with its master trainers.
What group sizes work?
From a senior team of five to cohorts of two hundred. The format scales; the honesty is the constant.
Can we claim a LEGO® Serious Play™ workshop under SFEC?
No. Men-Kind's programmes are designed for one team and are not SkillsFuture-listed courses, so they can't be claimed against the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit. Fees are scoped to your budget instead. Send a brief through the proposal form. Within two working days, you'll have either my questions or a written quote. A call is optional.
