Questions Worth Asking
ICF-certified executive coaches in Singapore typically charge SGD 300 to 600 per session. Men-Kind's coaching has three options: a single session at SGD 400, a 3-session package at SGD 1,050 (with a CliftonStrengths profile), and a 6-session package at SGD 1,800, which works out to SGD 300 a session (with CliftonStrengths and Values Navigator profiles), all valid for 12 months. Everything is confirmed on a free discovery call. No hidden costs.
Most engagements run 3 to 6 months in a structured arc: clarity first, then alignment, then the real work. Shorter discovery packages of 2 to 4 sessions are available if you want to test the water before committing.
Completely. All coaching operates under ICF ethical standards, which include a strict commitment to client confidentiality. What is said in the room stays in the room, including from your organisation if it is sponsoring the engagement.
Provenance. Prathap is a former commander in the Singapore Armed Forces, an ICF PCC and CPCC certified coach, and a doctoral researcher in crisis leadership at Cranfield University. The work combines Co-Active coaching, CliftonStrengths, and the Values Navigator with leadership tested under real pressure, not theory.
Both. Singapore clients can meet in person; international clients work with Prathap online with equal depth and rigour. Most engagements mix the two.
