A Team Session, In Her Words

“Prathap ran a Gallup Strengths session for my team, and we came away with insights into our own talents and each other's. He facilitated in a very interactive way, and his warm, friendly approach made us comfortable enough to open up about team dynamics. The Gallup cards and his constructive feedback gave each of us something to work on. I'd recommend it for any team.”

Questions Worth Asking
CliftonStrengths,
answered straight.
What is CliftonStrengths?
CliftonStrengths is Gallup's assessment of natural talent, formerly known as StrengthsFinder. It names the patterns you already rely on when you work at your best. Coaching puts it to use: you grow fastest from what is already wired in.
What is the difference between individual CliftonStrengths coaching and a team session?
Individual coaching debriefs your own profile one to one and carries it into your executive coaching sessions. A team session puts every member's profile on the table, so the team sees each other's talents and how they work together. You can start with either and add the other later.
How long is a CliftonStrengths team session?
It is scoped to your team, the question you bring, and whether it pairs with LEGO® Serious Play™. Men-Kind's organisation workshops run from a half-day to multi-day formats. The length is set on the Clarity Call and confirmed in the written proposal.
How much does CliftonStrengths coaching cost in Singapore?
For individuals, the profile is included in the coaching packages: SGD 1,050 for three sessions with a CliftonStrengths profile, or SGD 2,000 for six with CliftonStrengths and Values Navigator profiles, valid for 12 months. Team sessions are scoped to the team, with a written proposal, fee included, within 48 hours of the Clarity Call.
Can we claim a CliftonStrengths team session under SFEC?
Eligible employers can apply the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit. The current S$10,000 credit expires on 30 November 2026, and the last day of training must fall on or before that date. A fresh tranche follows from 1 December 2026. Prathap confirms what applies to your organisation during scoping.
Is Prathap a certified CliftonStrengths coach?
Yes. Paul Prathap is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with a public Gallup certification profile linked from the About page. He debriefs each profile himself, so you leave knowing what to do with it.
