Question 1

Who is Men-Kind® for?

Accepted Answer

Senior executives who have lost the line between role and person, veterans leaving service, and organisations building a stronger leadership culture. The name grew from men's experience. The work is open to any leader willing to do it.

Question 2

How do I know which service is right for me?

Accepted Answer

Book a free 30-minute Clarity Call with Prathap. He points you to the service that fits.

Question 3

We want to sponsor coaching for our managers. How does it work?

Accepted Answer

Each leader has a free Clarity Call first. HR agrees the goals with Prathap, then the coaching is designed with the leader. SGD 1,500 per leader for three sessions or SGD 3,000 for six. No GST applies. You hear progress against agreed outcomes, never what is said in the room.

Question 4

What happens on a Clarity Call?

Accepted Answer

Prathap asks where you are, what isn't working, and what you hope for. You leave with one reframe you can use. If Men-Kind is the wrong fit, he'll tell you. If it fits, he recommends the service that suits you.

Question 5

What does a typical workshop engagement look like?

Accepted Answer

A short conversation about your team's goals comes first. Prathap then designs the session, from half a day to several days. Book at least six weeks ahead. You get a debrief and follow-up recommendations after delivery.

Question 6

How long does a coaching engagement last?

Accepted Answer

Coaching engagements usually run 3 to 6 months. Retreats run 3 to 5 days. You can also start with a single session.

Question 7

"Coaching isn't for me. I don't have those kinds of problems."

Accepted Answer

The leaders who say this often gain the most. High performers use coaching to work with more clarity and less drain. Clients often describe it as the most important work they've done in years.

Question 8

"LEGO® Serious Play™ sounds like a gimmick."

Accepted Answer

It is a structured method for strategy and team alignment. When your hands build, your mind bypasses its filters and reaches what talk rarely surfaces. Within minutes, people stop thinking of it as LEGO.

Question 9

"This is probably just another leadership framework."

Accepted Answer

Men-Kind has its own frameworks, such as the Leadership Identity Matrix™ and the C4 Loop. They come from command and eleven years of coaching leaders. Prathap builds each engagement around your situation.

Question 10

"Online coaching won't be as effective."

Accepted Answer

It works as well online. Prathap coaches clients globally this way. LEGO® Serious Play™ works best in person, though hybrid formats are possible.

Question 11

Are sessions confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes, under the ICF Code of Ethics. The code sets a few legal limits, such as a risk of serious harm, and Prathap explains them before you start.

Question 12

Can I combine services or build a custom package?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many clients pair coaching with a retreat, or a CliftonStrengths team session with ongoing facilitation. You take only what you need.

Question 13

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Private coaching, paid for yourself: SGD 350 for a single session, SGD 1,000 for three or SGD 1,800 for six. Sponsored coaching, paid by your employer: SGD 1,500 for three sessions or SGD 3,000 for six. Both sponsored packages include goal-setting with HR, a CliftonStrengths profile and a closing review with the sponsor. Six adds the Values Navigator and a mid-point check-in. Men's coaching costs the same as private coaching. Packages are valid for 12 months. Every session is 75 minutes, with a full 60 minutes of coaching. Organisation work is quoted separately. If the fee does not fit, say so on the call.

Question 14

How do I know it's fair value?

Accepted Answer

Each package is priced by what it includes. Private coaching is sessions only. A sponsored package adds goal-setting with HR, sponsor reviews and profiles the leader keeps. Prathap brings Co-Active coaching, 1,300+ coaching hours and command experience to both.

Question 15

Is a workshop worth it for our team?

Accepted Answer

A generic offsite fills a day and changes nothing by Monday. A scoped Men-Kind session produces a culture charter your senior team owns and uses under pressure. Prathap prices it to the room and the outcome.

Question 16

Where are you based? Do you work internationally?

Accepted Answer

Singapore, with clients worldwide. Coaching runs online for international clients. Team sessions, retreats and crisis exercises run at your venue, or a venue Men-Kind sources, in Singapore and overseas.
