What does a typical workshop engagement look like?

It starts with a short conversation about your team's goals. Prathap then designs the session, from half a day to several days. You get a debrief and follow-up recommendations after delivery.

What does it cost?

Individual coaching is SGD 400 a session. Three sessions with a CliftonStrengths profile cost SGD 1,050. Six sessions with CliftonStrengths and Values Navigator profiles cost SGD 2,000, valid for 12 months. Men's coaching starts at SGD 200 a session. Organisation work is quoted separately. Sessions run a full 60 minutes, with no hidden costs. If the fee does not fit, say so on the call.

How do I know it's fair value?

Six sessions cost SGD 2,000, about SGD 333 a session. They join the Men-Kind System™ (Values Navigator, CliftonStrengths, LEGO® Serious Play™) with Co-Active coaching and command-tested leadership, and both profiles stay yours for life. If you want the lowest price, look elsewhere.
