“We came in as a team that worked together. We left as a team that understood each other. Prathap brings a military precision to facilitation that you won't find in the corporate world. It never felt rigid. It felt real. And we genuinely enjoyed ourselves — which for a leadership offsite, is not always a given.”

What Goes Into It
Four parts.
You take only what you need.
Each retreat is designed for the people in the room. These are the parts it draws on.
Build it by hand
LEGO® Serious Play™. Everyone builds an answer to the same question and explains it. The whole room owns the result.
LEGO® Serious Play™See each other clearly
A Strengths team session. Each member brings a CliftonStrengths profile. The team sees its own talents and each other's.
CliftonStrengthsRehearse the hard calls
A decision game over two to three days, with a scenario built from your business. It pairs naturally with a retreat.
Decision gamesCoaching alongside
Many clients pair coaching with a retreat. You take only what you need.
Sponsored coachingEngagements
A four-day off-site,
in practice.
A composite drawn from real engagements, with details adjusted for client confidentiality.
Regional Healthcare Network
Twelve months post-merger. Two cultures, one legal entity.
The Situation
Strategy days had not produced alignment. Quiet attrition had begun. Cordial on the surface, brittle underneath.
The Intervention
Four-day off-site. LSP and CliftonStrengths surfaced what formal meetings could not: the merger had collapsed the old narrative without building a new one.
The Outcome
Culture charter built from the room. Habits assigned to routines. Twelve months on, voluntary attrition halved.
How It Starts
Three steps.
No mystery.

Questions Worth Asking
Leadership retreats, answered
How long is a leadership retreat?
Retreats run three to five days, off-site. If you have less time, a single team session runs from a half-day to a full day.
When does a team need a retreat?
When it faces a restructure, a succession, a merger or a pivot.
Can a retreat include a decision game?
Yes, the two pair naturally. A two to three-day intensive runs an escalating scenario across the levels of leadership. The scenario is built from your business.
Can we combine a retreat with coaching?
Yes. Many clients pair coaching with a retreat, or a CliftonStrengths team session with ongoing facilitation. You take only what you need.
Who facilitates the retreat?
Paul Prathap leads every session. Groups above 30 add co-facilitators. He is a certified LEGO® Serious Play™ facilitator, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and former Battalion Commander in the Singapore Armed Forces. Clients include MINDEF, NUS, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, and Unilever.
